Ace Access
How It Works

Selling Access Rights Made Simple

Turn your unused land into income by selling access rights - not ownership.

How Access Rights Work

1

You Keep Ownership

You're not selling your land - just permission to access it. You remain the legal owner.

2

Buyers Get Access

Buyers purchase the right to walk, camp, or use your land for activities you allow.

3

You Set the Rules

You control what activities are allowed, when access is available, and the price.

In Simple Terms

Think of it like a ticket to a concert. The ticket holder can attend and enjoy the event, but they don't own the venue. Similarly, access rights let people enjoy your land without becoming owners. You earn money, they get experiences, and everything is legally protected.

How to List & Sell Your Land Access

1

Create Your Area: Use our map tool to draw the boundaries of your access area - whether it's a walking route, camping spot, or open land.

2

Set Your Price & Rules: Choose how much to charge per parcel, set access conditions, upload photos, and verify ownership.

3

Publish Your Listing: Once verified, your listing goes live on the marketplace for buyers to discover.

4

Share & Earn: Share your listing link on social media, local groups, or embed it on your website. When buyers purchase access, you receive payment directly to your Stripe account.
